Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (two jars or more).
- Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $50.
- Express shipping: $15.00.
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Whipped tallow balm is natural and can soften in hot weather. If it arrives soft, place the closed jar somewhere cool for a short while and the texture firms up again.
30-day returns
Not happy with your order? Return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged or wrong items
If your jar arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened skincare. If you have a concern with an opened jar, email us and we'll do our best to make it right.
If your skin reacts
Stop using the product and contact us. We recommend a patch test before first use.
How to start a return
Email cellefuel@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the return. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
